My Grandfather and Grandmother

Grandfather - What do you want me to write about my grandfather .. when i was a child i lost him but my mom and relatives say that he was a true gentleman and very honest person.

Grandmother - She was born in Sravana Masam (August) on auspicious Varalakshmi(Indian goddess festival) day. She had 14 kids and she loved cooking and feeding kids.. Very helping nature.

    Mb.bs students case history sheet laga chief complaints,,present history,past history,family history,personal history,immunization history,drug history,,general physical examination,local examination,investigation,differential diagnosis,provisional diagnosis,negative history,,points in favour of diagnosis,ultimate diagnosis,treatment,follow up..etc etc...can put the heading as my lovable grand parents isn't it.!?
